All photographs on this website are owned and copyrighted by me, Paul Victor Ruggeri. If you wish to obtain copies of any of the images on this website, please use the shopping cart provided on each page just below each image. However, as I am generous by nature, (Really! Ask my friends!), you may 'right-click, save' on most of the photos on this site. This will provide you with a low-resolution copy of the photo which is then suitable for most any not-for-profit PERSONAL usage: these are generally suitable for usage on your personal computer, a PERSONAL website (IE a BLOG), or for making small prints such as 4x6's. You are free to use as many pictures as you like for PERSONAL USE ONLY. But please, consider paying me for them (they're CHEAP!) since I work hard to create and bring them to you.

Should you desire to purchase versions of the photographs that are suitable for matting or framing, please use the shopping cart that is built into my website. Again, please note, that these photographs are for personal use only, as outlined above - except where some other understanding of their usage has been agreed upon (in writing) between myself and the purchaser before-hand. Any pictures that do not have the shopping cart feature are NOT for sale! (and are also usually locked against 'right-click, save')

For use of any of these photographs for any kind of commercial or professional endeavor you MUST contact me so we can agree upon the terms of usage and price.

Any usage of my photographs outside of these Terms Of Use is a violation of copyright law.
